Salli keeps future payments separate from confirmed Activity until they actually happen. Salli scheduled payments overview with future plans and recurring payment sections

One-time plans

Create a future expense or income with:
  • merchant or payer;
  • direction and amount;
  • account;
  • category;
  • due date; and
  • optional note.
The plan appears in upcoming projections but not in the ledger. Choose Record paid when it happens; Salli then creates a confirmed transaction and removes the plan.

Recurring detection

Salli groups confirmed, non-transfer debits by account, normalized merchant, and category. It suggests a pattern only after at least three observations with a consistent cadence and amount. Supported cadence windows:
  • weekly: observed median of 5–9 days;
  • monthly: 25–36 days;
  • quarterly: 80–100 days; and
  • yearly: 330–400 days.
Amount variation must remain within 18%, and cadence-specific tolerances must pass.

Approve before tracking

Suggestions show confidence and estimated next date. You can track, edit, dismiss as not recurring, or leave them for later. Nothing reserves money until you approve it.

Safe to Spend and reminders

Approved payments due before payday reserve money. Optional local reminders can use a private preview that hides merchant and amount.

Stop or delete

Stopping a recurring schedule prevents future reservation and reminders but does not delete past transactions. Deleting a one-time plan removes only the future plan.
